The Fisher Types EZH and EZHSO (Spring-to-Open) regulators are precision-engineered, pilot-operated, pressure-balanced, soft-seated regulators designed for high-pressure natural gas transmission, city gate stations, large-capacity distribution systems, and power plant feed lines. These regulators offer exceptional performance, tight shutoff, and extended service life, even in the most demanding applications.

Enhanced Durability in Severe Conditions
• Designed with a metal plug that diverts debris away from the soft seat, these regulators minimize erosion and extend service life. For added chemical resistance, Fluorocarbon (FKM) components are available for use in gas streams containing liquid aromatics.

Bubble-Tight Shutoff
• Featuring a knife-edged metal plug and soft seat, these regulators provide bubble-tight shutoff, making them ideal for dead-end systems and other applications where leak prevention is critical.
Accurate and Stable Control
• Utilizing the PRX and SA/2 pilot systems, the EZH and EZHSO ensure consistent downstream pressure, even with fluctuating inlet pressures or varying load conditions.
Tool-Free Maintenance and Inspection
• A top-entry design streamlines servicing—no need to remove the regulator from the pipeline. The modular trim assembly can be easily extracted, inspected, and replaced without special tools.
• EZH DN100: Serviceable by a single operator
• EZH DN150 & DN200: Serviceable by two operators
This results in reduced downtime and maintenance costs.
Failure Mode Flexibility
