The Fisher Y600A Series consists of direct-operated, spring-loaded pressure-reducing regulators designed to deliver cost-effective control for residential, commercial, and light industrial applications.
These regulators feature a large diaphragm area that ensures accurate regulation at low-pressure settings. Additionally, the integrated pitot tube in the Y600A and Y600AR models creates a dynamic boost, enhancing flow capacity.
• The Y600A model features internal pressure registration.
• The Y600AR includes internal registration with built-in relief.
• The Y600AM offers external registration, using a 1/2-inch NPT downstream sensing line and an O-ring stem seal for leak-tight performance.
Features
Accurate Low-Pressure Control
• The large diaphragm area provides improved sensitivity and control, especially at low pressures. The pitot tube design in Types Y600A and Y600AR generates a dynamic boost to increase capacity.
Convertible Design
• The throat seal design allows easy conversion between Y600A and Y600AM types without replacing the lower casing.
Tamper-Resistant Adjustment
• A secure spring case and closing cap design permit the installation of a sealing wire to prevent or detect unauthorized pressure adjustments.
Simplified Maintenance
• Internal components can be serviced or replaced without removing the regulator from the pipeline. A two-bolt connection between the diaphragm casing and body streamlines disassembly.
